Further advantages:
- High-performance 37 kHz sandwich transducer systems
- Cleaning tank made of cavitation-resistant stainless steel
- User-friendly and clear operating panel, splash water proof
- LED-Display showing set and remaining time of cleaning period
- Turning knob for setting continued and short-period operation from 1 to 30 min
- Temperature-controlled ultrasonic operation (applies only for units with heating)
- Sweep function for an optimised sound field distribution in the cleaning liquid by frequency modulation
- Degas function for the efficient degassing of the cleaning liquid and for laboratory purposes
- Auto degas function for automatic degassing cycles, i.e. with fresh cleaning liquids
- Dry-run protected heating (applies only for units with heating)
- LED-Display for pre-set and actual temperature (applies only for units with heating)
- Plug-in mains supply (S 10 – S 300H)
- Ergonomically shaped plastic handles
- Turning knob for tank drainage at side of unit for simple get effective draining of tank

Elmasonic 180 H

The Elmasonic X-tra basic series comprises
6 different unit sizes (300, 550, 800, 1200, 1600 and 2500). All units are equipped with multi-frequency (25/45 kHz, switchable), bottom sound and heating.
Product features
- ultrasonic tank made of extremely cavitation-proof stainless steel
- slanted tank floor to facilitate the draining of the cleaning liquid
- fixtures to hang the basket into the tank both in cleaning and dripping-off position
- sandwich-type performance transducer systems
- two ultrasonic frequencies available: 25 kHz for coarse and preliminary cleaning, and 45 kHz for fine cleaning
- integrated Sweep mode for a continuous shifting of sound field maxima, guarantees a more homogeneous
sound field distribution in the bath
- activatable Pulse mode for an intensified ultrasonic cleaning power for tenacious contaminations; also the ope
rational readiness of the unit (cavitational threshold reached) after an exchange of the cleaning liquid or after an
exchange of baskets is optimized (through a shortening of the cleaning periods)
- heating with temperature control (30°C – 80°C)
- temperature-controlled ultrasonic operation: ultrasound starts automatically as soon as the preset temperature
 is reached
- automatic safety switch-off after 12 h operation to prevent unintended permanent operation
- automatic safety switch-off at 90 °C to protect the cleaning items against excess temperatures
- indication of set values and actual values on LED display
- housing made of V2A stainless steel
- rollers (lockable on X-tra basic 1200 and larger) to facilitate moving the empty unit
- drain duct on the unit side, made of V2A stainless steel
- hinged flip-top cover (optional)
