The EVG50 (fully automated stand-alone tool) and the Inline Metrology Module (integrated in EVG's high-volume-manufacturing systems) offer highly accurate measurements at high speed, utilizing different measurement methods for a large number of applications. The EVG720 system is a mass manufacturing solution that uses EVG’s SmartNIL technology to create micro and nanoscale structures. It can print nanostructures as small as 40 nm across a large area, making it an ideal tool for producing next-generation microfluidic and photonic devices, such as diffractive optical elements. The system features volume-proven imprinting technology with superior replication fidelity, integrated imprinting, UV curing demolding, and working stamp fabrication. It also offers automated cassette-to-cassette handling with a semi-automated R&D mode, optional top-side alignment and mini-environment, and is compatible with all commercially available imprint materials. The system is scalable from R&D to production and ensures process stability and reliability. The technical specifications of the EVG720 include a wafer diameter ranging from 75 to 150 mm and a resolution of up to 40 nm, depending on the template and process used.

Softbake, post-exposure bake and hardbake processes can be performed on the EVG105 bake module. Controlled baking environment assures uniform evaporation. Programmable proximity pins provide the best available control of resist hardening processes and temperature profiles. The EVG105 bake module can process up to 300 mm wafer sizes or up to four 100 mm wafers at the same time.

The EVG20 offers a fast inspection method, especially for fusion bonded wafers. A live image of the entire wafer via IR transmission allows void detection down to a radius of 500 µm which is a perfect match for fusion bonding processes. GEMINI FB (Fusion Bond) performs aligned direct bonding at room temperature and ambient pressure conditions. The EVG820 lamination station is used for automated, stress-free lamination of any kind of dry adhesive film onto the carrier wafer.
