概要（Overview）

Telemark has been designing, building, selling and supporting evaporation components for more than 30 years. Telemark entered the industry in 1990 with electron beam sources and power supplies and have expanded their product offering to include a full range of PVD coating process equipment for optical, semiconductor and related applications.
