概要（Overview）

The ALeader ASR600I AOI is specifically designed to inspect assembled PCB’s after the wave soldering process. The system inspects the PCB from the bottom, it is equipped with the special pin conveyor allowing to handle both heavy jigs and the standard PCB. Using state-of-the-art i3D Technology and supported by powerful algorithms, ASR600I is easy to program and it delivers high speed performance giving no escapes and extremely low FA rate on the most complicated and challenging of PCB assemblies. SMT components are inspected for all defects including component marks and the color. TH components are examined for all types of the solder defects.
