概要（Overview）

The PRECITECH NANOFORM 250 ULTRA is the next generation in two-axis, ultra precision machining systems developed by Precitech. It is designed based on the engineering history of 900 ultra precision machines existing in the field today and is considered to be the first “clean sheet” design of its kind at Precitech. The machine has 220mm of travel in both X and Z, 250mm of standard swing capacity, and < 1.0nm feedback resolution. It is designed for Single Point Diamond Turning (X, Z), Axis Symmetric Grinding (X, Z), Slow Tool Servo Machining (X, Z, C), Polygon Flycutting (X, Z), Rotary “B” Axis Grinding & Turning (X, Z, B), and Fast Tool Servo Machining (X, X, FTS).
