The key concepts are extensibility to advanced processes, high throughput, reduced footprint, improved OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), and CoO (Cost of Ownership) reduction. Successor to the ACT - 200mm or 300mm, more modules and faster throughput (150 wph).
