The 8166A is a single-channel interface module designed to integrate seamlessly with all 8162x Optical Heads. It is compatible with the 8163, 8164, and 8166 series mainframes and utilizes the Keysight 81618A Interface Modules. This versatile unit supports a wide range of optical heads, including the 81620B Si, 81623B Ge, 81624B InGaAs, 81626B InGaAs, and 81628B InGaAs, covering optical power measurements from +40 dBm down to -90 dBm. Its adaptability makes it ideal for diverse optical testing setups.
