概要（Overview）

Acculogic designs, manufactures and markets a broad range of systems and instruments for testing electronic devices, circuit boards and systems. Products include boundary scan (JTAG) test and programming systems, flying probe testers, manufacturing process testers, VXI and PXI based functional test systems and a variety of instruments. Together with hardware, there is a set of software that maximizes test quality and minimizes development times.
