概要（Overview）

The Epson NS8000 IC Test Handler series is designed to support the testing of smartphone, tablet PC and automotive chips even in the most extreme production environments. It has up to 8 sites testing capability and a testing area from 264mm x 149mm. The contact force can go up to 240kgf and it can handle up to 13,500 units per hour (ambient) and up to 8,200 units per hour (high temperature).
