The Paragon-Ultra 100 is part of the Paragon Ultra Family of Direct Imaging (DI) systems by Orbotech. These systems are designed to handle even the most challenging FC-BGA, FC-CSP, BGA/CSP and modules applications. It deliver breakthroughs in fine-line imaging, high DI throughput and superior registration accuracy.
