概要（Overview）

The 7000-LTE and 8800-LTE provide both a dark environment and electromagnetic shielding from external sources of noise. A key advantage to completely enclosing the probe station is that access to the wafer, probe and probe holder is convenient when compared to local, wafer only shielding.
