The Heller 788 is a continuous cure, vertical format oven designed for assembly line integration. It conveys products on rails inside the oven in a continuous stream with cycle times as short as 25 seconds. It features four internal thermal zones with independent time and temperature controls, enabling a wide range of curing or encapsulant profiles, including two-step curing. Curing times can range from a few minutes to several hours, with a pass-through cycle also available. The oven is clean room compatible and maintains temperature uniformity in air or nitrogen atmospheres. It can handle product widths from two to 18 inches and thicknesses as thin as .015 inch. The Heller 788 offers conveyor width adjustability, carrier versatility, and a variety of shuttle mechanisms. Its continuous processing eliminates temperature fluctuations, ensuring consistent output.
