The DAD3231 is an Evolved Compact Dicing Saw designed by Disco Corporation for high performance and expandability. It has a Φ150 mm Single spindle and can satisfy a wide range of needs, including electronic component materials such as glasses and ceramics. The equipment layout was designed with additional space, so it can support workpieces up to 6 x 6 inches as an option.
