概要（Overview）

The FEI Quanta 400 is a high-performance field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM) that comes with SE, backscatter, and EDS detectors. It has the ability to operate in high vac, low vac, and Wet modes and has a cooling stage. The Quanta 400 is an easy-to-use ESEM that does not require external cooling or compressed air. Its simple installation process and built-in peripherals make it user-friendly. Additionally, this instrument is fitted with an EDAX EDS system.
