The ADT CLF-921 (Closed-loop Filtration system) creates an optimal emulsion for cooling the blade by constantly mixing, cooling and filtering the dicing process water with a special additive. Utilizing a non-polluting, cost-effective process, the CLF-921 circulates water and additives to stabilize process conditions.
