概要（Overview）

The SCS Ionograph 500M Ionic Contamination Test was previously the Alpha Metals Ionograph 500M. The SCS Alpha Metals 500M Ionograph is an ionic contamination tester designed to test ionic contamination accurately and quickly, assuring clean lines to comply with MIL-STD-2000A, ANSI/J-STD-001, IPC-TM-650, and other standards. The large test cell is used to control both non-cleaning and cleaning processes in assembled/printed circuit board production.
