概要（Overview）

The APS 1104, made by LEYBOLD HERAEUS, is an evaporator designed for the purpose of coating materials. It comes equipped with an APS manufactured by Leybold, a Leybold pump, and a Polycold Umbrella holder. Additionally, it has two E-guns, capable of reaching angles up to 270 degrees. This machine can be used to produce a variety of products including anti-reflective and high reflective coatings, filters, optical fibers, lenses, and PBS.
