The OSA 5100 is a fifth-generation system from Candela that adds disk surface topography measurement capabilities. It is part of the OSA series, which also includes the OSA 5120. The OSA 5120 is equipped with an automated disk cassette-to-cassette handler, making it ideal for high volume HDD manufacturing where defect detection and classification are crucial.
