概要（Overview）

The T5761 covers the full range of testing, from NAND-type flash memory testing to package testing. The T5761 is capable of simultaneous testing up to 512 devices, which is twice the capability of Advantest's previous model, and allow for lower testing costs through its improved ability to detect failures.
