The ETS-364B is a variant of the ETS-364, a general-purpose precision analog and mixed-signal test platform designed for high volume production testing of integrated circuits. It is optimized for high throughput applications with a fully integrated multisite software and hardware architecture. The test system offers separate floating resources for each site, improving site isolation and measurement accuracy, and is coupled with digital instrumentation to enable the most efficient, high-volume testing available. The ETS-364B supports up to 240+ analog pin channels and has 64 digital channels (with an option for 128). It is also scalable, with the ability to double its capacity with the ETS-600, providing more than 480 analog pin channels and up to 256 digital I/O pin channels. This makes the ETS-364B a powerful and versatile tool for testing integrated circuits.
