Below is a summary - Vacuum Chamber Leybold D65B roughing pump with Leybold Ruvac WS501 Rootes blower (two additional D65B pumps are included in the package – see attached spares list). Leybold oil diffusion pump with heaters. All vacuum system pipework and manifolds with controllers and gauges. Complete water manifold and pipework 2x UKH01 power transfer systems. Additional UKH01 units, both working and requiring overhaul, are included in the overall package - see attached spares list. Two EV14 e-beam guns with all electrical systems. Installed e-gun no.2 needs rewiring. APS argon plasma system complete with TA150 / TA250 power supply. 2x UKH01 power transfer systems. Additional UKH01 units, both working and requiring overhaul, are included in the overall package – see attached spares list. Polycold PFC-660-ST Serial no. The APS 1104, made by LEYBOLD HERAEUS, is an evaporator designed for the purpose of coating materials. It comes equipped with an APS manufactured by Leybold, a Leybold pump, and a Polycold Umbrella holder. Additionally, it has two E-guns, capable of reaching angles up to 270 degrees.
