Programmable X-Y Stage- Motorized movement and up to nine user-programmable stage positions for high productivity. High Resolution-Routinely measures below 200 A. Vertical resolution 5 A. Horizontal resolution 400 A. Automatic Operation-One-button control. Clear, menu-driven operator instruction. Real-Time Analysis-Computer calculation and continual display for delta average, average height,peak-to-valley distance, average roughness and area.
